As funeral
directors in Erie and Lorain County for nearly 25 years, we have
received many special requests as we have assisted families with
the loss of a loved one. In some cases, we find that the loss of an
animal companion is as traumatic as the loss of any other member of
a family.
As many of you know, we have been assisting families in the area
who, when experiencing the loss of a pet, prefer cremation.
We help a family who has lost a pet just as we would any other
family who has lost a loved one, with sensitive care and
compassion.
Riddle Funeral Home has a NEW crematory exclusively
for pets ONLY.
North Coast Pet Crematory, a division of Riddle Funeral Home, will
pick up your pet from either your veterinarian or your home. Your
pet will be given an identification number and will be brought to
our facility to be held until the date of cremation.
Private cremations are scheduled by appointment only. Your pet
will be the only one in the crematorium during that period.
Each private cremation receives a Certificate of Cremation.
Cremains and urn will be available within three working
days. Pickup or hand delivery is available.
